Joe McKenna

Executive Director

Joe McKenna has over 25 years of experience in senior roles within the IT industry. After graduating with a Computing Science degree at the University of Glasgow he joined International Computers Ltd, which later became Fujitsu Services.  He went on to hold a number of large IT infrastructure management roles, including European IT Director for the ICL retail business, General Manager of an IT outsourcing business in Manufacturing and Logistics, International Service Manager and ultimately Director of Technology for the EMEA outsourcing business. Joe has also lived and worked in the USA and managed large international delivery teams. In 2001, Joe co-founded Infrasolve Ltd and helped build it into a successful business, delivering IT infrastructure management solutions to blue chip companies in the UK and overseas. Infrasolve Ltd was acquired by Innovise plc in January 2009, where Joe currently holds the title of Executive Director in the Innovise Enterprise Service Management division.

 


 

Mat Middleton

Commercial Director

Mat Middleton has over 15 years experience in the IT industry. After graduating from Sheffield Hallam University where he studied International Business, Mat joined International Computers Ltd which later became Fujitsu ICL. In 2001, he helped to create Infrasolve Ltd delivering ITIL based Service Management solutions to blue chip companies in the UK and overseas and helped to build Infrasolve into a highly successful business. Infrasolve Ltd was acquired by Innovise plc in January 2009, where Mat currently holds the title of Commercial Director in the Innovise Enterprise Service Management division.

 


 

Stephen Hart

Chief Information Officer

Stephen Hart has been working within IT for over 25 years holding many technical and managerial roles. Starting his career as a development manager for a small software house specialising in educational software for the BBC micro.  After a number of UK focused support management roles, including payroll systems manager for Star Computers plc. and Systems and support manager Peter Williams Group, he also wrote and support his own Sales order processing system with a small investor backed team. Stephen then went on to a number of global IT  management positions, including global product manager customer service and AR systems and European Service Management Systems Manager, for DHL International. After a stint as an ITIL consult and service delivery manager for the new Centrica Electricity Billing systems, Stephen joined ICL Fujitsu. Shortly after he co-founded Infrasolve Ltd and working as a ‘hands on’ technical director helped drive its success with Joe and Mat. Infrasolve Ltd was acquired by Innovise plc. in January 2009, where Stephen continues to perform technical roles for clients and also holds the title of CIO.
