User Adoption Services

Innovise ESM's user Adoption Services help to ensure that business users, managers and executives fully support your ESM solution and become proficient and confident users. User Adoption Services are customised user training programs designed and executed for you in partnership with Innovise ESM Training.

How it Works

These fully customisable education services provide an analysis of your user training needs, a training plan, development of training materials and support assets, and a range of delivery options. Following our Solutions Implementation Methodology, Innovise ESM Training experts will work with you to define and plan a training program for your organisation, and will develop the necessary courseware, computer based training, user guides, and other training tools. The training plan is then delivered by Innovise ESM trainers either onsite, online, or at one of our training centres.

Throughout the lifecycle of a User Adoption Program, Innovise ESM can provide all required project management and coordination, or can work in concert with your team to ensure that all necessary program components are addressed and effectively delivered.
