Training Delivery Methods

Innovise ESM has over 10 years experience of delivering training. We have learnt over the years that our clients have different training delivery requirements. We therefore offer many delivery methods to ensure we provide a first class learning experience.

Public Scheduled Training

Our trainers deliver the highest level of quality training through our scheduled courses at our centres in London, Slough, Leeds and Manchester. Delegates attending training with Innovise ESM Training can expect their own PC, certified vendor manual and lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

All of our technical courses are run using real-equipment enabling delegates to understand how equipment responds in a real-world environment.

Single Organisation Training

All of our courses can be run as a closed event for a single organisation, at either one of our training locations or at our customers or third party site anywhere in the world.

Closed company courses not only offer a reduced cost to the organisation, in terms of eliminating travel costs, but the delegates can prosper from an enhanced learning experience as the course can be tailored to relate to the exact configuration, planned deployment of the technology or to meet the learning needs of the individuals or organisation.

Bespoke Training Solutions

Bespoke training can actually take less time and be more effective than completing standard training courses, by improving the focus and relevance for delegates. Although course-development time is required, bespoke training often provides a valuable alternative to scheduled courses, especially when training a team.

Innovise ESM Training work to understand our customers' needs by working through a Training Needs Analysis and then translate those into a cohesive course fully relevant to your organisation. The Training Needs Analysis not only evaluates the learning needs of the delegates, but addresses the needs of the organisation in understanding the drivers for training, strategic and learning objectives and how any planned organisational changes may affect the current job roles of the team. This ensures that the training delivered is not just relevant now, but prepares delegates for their job roles of the future and thus providing real business benefits and return on investment

Best Practice Workshops

Innovise ESM Training understand that a full training course is not the only and sometimes best suited method of training professionals on technology solutions and specialist industry knowledge, and this is where our Best Practice Workshops come in.

Within our Best Practice Workshops our consultants will discuss how technology solutions are being utilised in industry and how they can be optimised to produce the best results and efficiencies in your organisation.

Virtual Classroom Learning

Innovise ESM Training can deliver a multitude of courses via our Virtual Classroom platform. This enables delegates to be trained anywhere in the world without travelling.

Our virtual courses are delivered by the same high-quality instructor and the same course materials and labs are provided, ensuring that our virtual delegates gain the same learning as they would if they attended the course at one of our training centres.

The course is fully interactive with delegates able to ask questions both by writing notes to the instructor or over the microphone, delegates can raise their hands, indicate when the course is going too fast, too slow or that they have had to step out of the room. Our instructors are also able to "look over" delegate's shoulders to guide, aid and ensure delegates are fully proficient in the practical course labs and have understood the theoretical knowledge presented.

To enable delegates to get a first-class training experience in a virtual environment, Innovise ESM Training ensures we have two instructors per event.
