Putting in place process and technology to manage the potentially large volume of requests from the business to the IT function is necessary in order to manage costs more effectively and streamline the end-to-end fulfilment process. Typical engagements could involve anything from defining a "new hire" process to automating the provisioning of datacenter items. Both activities involve definition of process, creation and publishing of a services catalogue, underpinned by an appropriate toolset from one of our vendor partners.
